Join the Yale Community Meditation (YCM) group for a special practice on Nature and Interbeing for Celebrate Sustainability Week. The YCM sessions are free afternoon group meditation for Yale affiliates held on Zoom. Time for reflections and optional sharing is also included at the conclusion of the practice. Beginners welcome! No experience necessary. No special equipment required. Open to all Yale affiliates.
Tuesday sessions are led by Danielle Casioppo, Education Specialist and Certified Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice instructor with Being Well at Yale.
