Marsh Botanical Garden Tour

Participants will walk through greenhouses and outdoor gardens areas enjoying the diversity of plants that represent tropical and temperate species. We will informally talk about the diversification, distribution, and adaptation of flowering plants to different habitats and environments. Along the way, we will see traits and features that plants have developed to adapt to various habitats. We will share ideas about environmental challenges and about the twin goals of plant diversity and conservation in which botanical gardens are engaged.
